Client Check Terms of Use
Ticking "I have read and agree to the Terms of Use" at sign-up means accepting all of them.
1. The service
Client Check ("the Service") is provided by Adams Apple Electrical Limited ("we", "us"). It is a checklist, drawing mark-up, quoting and invoicing tool for electrical contractors, used at app.adamelectrical.co.nz. The Service is provided as is; features may be added or changed with updates.
2. Your account
One email address is one account and one workspace. Sign-in is by a code sent to that email; there is no password. Anyone who can receive that code can sign in, so keeping the mailbox secure is your responsibility. Everything done in the account is treated as done by you.
3. Trial and subscription
A new account gets a free 3-day trial from registration. After the trial a subscription is required: NZ$199 per month or NZ$2,000 per year, plus 15% GST, paid by card through Stripe and renewed automatically. You can cancel at any time under Manage payment; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Price changes are notified at least 30 days ahead and apply from the next period.
4. Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are not refundable. A yearly subscription can be refunded if requested within 15 days of payment, pro-rated by day: refund = yearly fee paid / 365 x unused days. After 15 days it is not refundable. Refunds go back to the card used.
5. Devices
Each account may be signed in on 2 devices at the same time. Extra devices can be added at NZ$99 per month or NZ$1,000 per year each. The account holder manages devices under Settings - Account - Devices.
6. Your data
The clients, projects, drawings, prices and other information you enter belong to you. We store and process them only to provide the Service; we do not sell them or pass them to third parties. After a subscription ends, data is kept for 30 days and is restored on re-subscribing; after 30 days it is deleted automatically and cannot be recovered. You can save your checklists, quotes, invoices and drawings as PDFs from the App at any time; keep your own backups of anything important.
7. What you may not do
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or scrape the Service's code, interface or content; resell, rent or operate an account on behalf of others; share an account with people outside your business; or use the Service for unlawful activity or to interfere with other users. We may suspend an account immediately for a breach, without refund.
8. Intellectual property
The Service's code, interface, text, layouts, symbol libraries and the name and logo "Client Check" belong to Adams Apple Electrical Limited. A subscription only gives you the right to use the Service during the subscription period; no intellectual property is transferred.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from downtime, data loss, or decisions made on the basis of the Service's output; in any case our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms and will publish changes in the App; material changes are notified 30 days ahead. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close your account for a serious breach of these terms.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts. Contact: app@adamelectrical.co.nz.

Privacy
What we collect: your sign-in email, company name, the business data you enter (clients, projects, drawings, prices, photos), the model and time of each signed-in device, and payment records (card numbers stay with Stripe; we only see the last four digits and the payment status).
Who can see it: you and the people you let sign in. Our administrator looks only to fix a fault or when you ask for help. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Retention and deletion: kept while you subscribe; kept for 30 days after expiry, then deleted automatically. Email app@adamelectrical.co.nz to request an export or deletion of all your data; we act within 10 working days.

Client Check 使用条款

1. 服务
Client Check（下称「本服务」）由 Adams Apple Electrical Limited（下称「我们」）提供，是面向电工承包商的清单、图纸点位、报价与发票工具，通过 app.adamelectrical.co.nz 使用。本服务按现状提供，功能可能随版本更新增减。
2. 账号
一个邮箱对应一个账号和一个工作区。登录靠邮箱验证码，不设密码；能收到该邮箱验证码的人就能登录，邮箱的安全由你负责。账号内发生的一切操作视为你本人所为。
3. 试用与订阅
新账号自注册起免费试用 3 天。试用结束后须订阅才能继续使用：月付 NZ$199、年付 NZ$2,000，均另加 15% GST，通过 Stripe 以银行卡支付，到期自动续费。订阅可随时在「管理付款」中取消，取消于当期结束时生效，当期内仍可使用。价格调整会提前至少 30 天通知，于下一期生效。
4. 退款
月付不退款。年付自付款起 15 天内可申请退款，按天计算：退款 = 已付年费 ÷ 365 × 未使用天数；15 天后不退。退款原路退回付款卡。
5. 设备
每个账号可同时在 2 台设备上登录；更多设备按每台 NZ$99 / 月或 NZ$1,000 / 年加购。设备数由账号持有人在「设置 → 账户 → 已登录设备」中管理。
6. 你的数据
你录入的客户、项目、图纸、价格等资料归你所有，我们只为提供服务而存储和处理，不出售、不交给第三方。订阅到期后数据保留 30 天，期间续订即恢复；30 天后自动删除，无法找回。你可以随时用 App 的 PDF 功能把清单、报价、发票、图纸导出保存；重要资料请自行留存备份。
7. 禁止事项
不得复制、改编、反编译、抓取本服务的程序、界面或内容；不得转售、出租或代他人经营账号；不得共享账号给你公司以外的人；不得利用本服务从事违法活动或干扰他人使用。违反者我们可以立即停用账号，不退款。
8. 知识产权
本服务的程序、界面、文字、排版、符号库及「Client Check」名称与标识归 Adams Apple Electrical Limited 所有。订阅只授予你在订阅期内使用本服务的权利，不转让任何知识产权。
9. 可用性与责任
我们尽力保持服务稳定，但不保证不中断、无错误。因服务中断、数据丢失或你依据本服务输出所做决定而产生的损失，我们在法律允许的范围内不承担责任；无论如何，我们的总责任不超过你最近 12 个月向我们支付的费用。本条不排除新西兰《消费者保障法》等法律赋予你的、不可排除的权利。
10. 变更
我们可以修改本条款，修改后在 App 内公布；重大变更提前 30 天通知。修改后继续使用即视为接受。
11. 终止
你可以随时取消订阅并停止使用。你严重违反本条款时，我们可以停用或注销你的账号。
12. 法律与联系
本条款适用新西兰法律，争议由新西兰法院管辖。联系方式：app@adamelectrical.co.nz。

隐私说明
我们收集什么：登录邮箱、公司名、你录入的业务资料（客户、项目、图纸、价格、照片）、登录设备的型号与时间、付款记录（卡号由 Stripe 保管，我们只知道卡尾号和付款状态）。
谁能看：你和你授权登录的人；我们的管理员只在排查故障或你请求帮助时查看。不出售、不交给第三方做营销。
保留与删除：订阅期内一直保留；到期后保留 30 天后自动删除。你可以发邮件到 app@adamelectrical.co.nz 要求导出或删除你的全部数据，我们在 10 个工作日内处理。
